Delivery

1. Deliveries to the UK take approximately 7 working days for standard delivery, and 72 hours starting from 9.00am the next working day from when the order was placed for express delivery.

2. In the case there is a delay we will notify you through e-mail, we shall not accept liability for late delivery by the carrier.

3. All custom duties and taxes applicable within a foreign territory shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Claims for shortages or damages will only be accepted if we are notified buy letter or e-mail (see 'contact us' on homepage) within 30 days from the receipt of the goods. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect then please return it within 30 days in its original packaging, accompanied by an explanation.

5. Free delivery promotions are standard delivery and can take up to 7 working days. If additional products are purchased then you would need to pay delivery on those items. Also if you select these items to be shipped using express delivery then the order will be split, the free postage items will be sent as standard delivery and the other products will be sent express delivery.

6. Invoices are sent with the each order. If the order can only be shipped in partial deliveries then the invoice will be sent with the last parcel shipped.

7. A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We deliver to the United Kingdom (UK).

You choose where you want your purchase delivered
We deliver to an address of your choice, WORK or HOME. Please select an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

When will you receive your goods?
UK orders take 7 days to arrive from date of dispatch.

Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address. If you are not certain someone will be there please use a work address or a friend's for delivery.
Generally all items featured on the website are in Stock. However on the rare occasion when we are out of stock you will be advised accordingly. An invoice and receipt will be sent out with every order.

Special Delivery
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next day) to ship these orders. We normally ship orders made before 2pm the same day and orders made after 2pm the next working day, so you should recieve your order a working day after shipping. E.g. order placed at 10am Monday should be recieved on Tuesday before 12 noon.
